    Haha! That penis-bride is brilliant! One of my earliest fashion memories is being bored to death by his couture shows on TV. Honest to God, those were the pits! (At least in the 90s.)

    I think Yves made a good point though. Fashion has changed so much in the 90’s it is more about money than about real beauty and elegance. Though people think all this fake glamour is named style these days.

    Farewell Yves and the end of an important era in fashion.

    In those hideous couture shows there were tons of outfits that copied Picassos` paintings, just by throwing a skewed profile on the garment. No Beauty let alone Elegence.

    I don`t know when he really was relevant, and when he went senile, but it`s probably been decades.

    I love that Le Smoking photo. It’s over 40 years old but yet still so contemporary. He was a genius.

    I bet he is now taking a cofee with Coco Chanel and Christian Dior 🙂
