Fall trend alert: paddings

September 30, 2007

You don’t have to look fat, and ‘ugly bubbly’ wearing paddings. Designers like the late Gianfranco Ferre and Giles Deacon had innovated the new padded style, so now you can look cool while keeping yourself cosy in the cold season.

It will be more chic if the hair is tied up instead of letting it loose. As proportion matters a lot when it comes to oversized coats, hair style or other accessories should be kept minimal and simple.

Very elegant nude colours.

The one of the right reminds me of… a muscular six-pac man. I like how the pads of different shapes and sizes are arranged strategically.

    Hey,
Cool blog. I do not like the bubble look for coats. I use to wear bubble jackets all the time when I was younger and I have recently gotten out of that look. It is not very classy to me. Most end up looking frumpy and big.
