Prada Infusion d’Iris fragrance

Prada fans rejoice!

“Infusion d’Iris is a contemporary eau de parfum that reinforces Prada’s connection with the artisan traditions of classic perfumery which is full of high quality natural ingredients. Infusion d’Iris is clean, fresh, and light and at the same time sophisticated and elegant.”

It’ll be out in September and pre-orders are available in Neiman Marcus now! By the way, I love this ad featuring the resident Prada girl Sasha Pivovarova, she looks eerily gorgeous.

I was so thrilled this past weekend when I bought my new PRADA INFUSION D’IRIS. However, it seems to only last between 1-2 hours and then I can no longer detect any of the scent, at first I thought it was only my nose becoming used to the scent (by the way I have a very sensitive nose) but my husband/co-workers can’t smell it on me either. I’m so dissatisfied, it deftly not what I expected, sorry to say NOT WORTH IT. THANKS

Moschino I love love and Miss Dior Cherie are my all time faves. And Gucci rush. celeb perfumes are the worst! ever.

I wanted to try this perfume as I wasn’t completely blown away with Acqua di Parma’s Iris Nobile. Seems like the reviews arent that good and I do want a perfume that stays on all day.

To dianabobar, I used to say that I will never wear celebrity perfumes up until I got a free sample of JSP’s Covet and I took my words back. Try it!

I would agree with Claudia’s comment. This perfume is absolutely gorgeous when first applied, but you need about half a bottle for the scent to stay longer than about an hour. Good marketing ploy by Prada – the lighter the product the more you have to use and so it follows the quicker you will buy another bottle! A truly lovely scent, but just not worth the money. My fave is Chanel Allure – not too heavy, not too light, and stays on for the entire day!

I liked this scent at first but after a few minutes all I can smell is the cedar which is a turn off for me.

This (Infusion d’Iris) is a really elegant and smooth perfume. Indeed. It lasts long, at first fulfilled with tangerine aroma, then slowly settling down on the skin, becoming more peaceful and letting you smell the other componets all together.

It’a actually orange blossom that you identified as a tangerine aroma.

I can still smell it on my clothes the next day – i have a very sensitive nose. I think thats why I love this. This is the only perfume besides the Strange Invisible brand that I would actually wear. It seems like there are so many vulgar cheap fruity perfumes out there that smell like highschool bodyspray!! I can stand this one.

My favorite scent but not long lasting. You must use the body cream and the perfume in order to have it last a reasonable amount of time.
