Christophe Decarnin must be doing something right, or have the house started to pay celebs to wear their dresses to gain more exposure? I am seeing more and more Balmain everywhere, especially that one shoulder dress that Carine Roitfeld favours… but I do like most of the looks. The high slits and the short hemline— seriously glamourous, the parisian way.

I was quite surprised to see her getting such major cover because apparently photographers like Mario Testino has been losing interest in her as she is ‘too overexposed’. The 25 year-old has been dropped from huge campaigns that made her career— Giorgio Armani and Burberry Prorsum.

I’m flying back to Hong Kong for a two week holiday. As usual, the blog will go on a short hiatus.

And now, I have something to announce:

On 1st June, I am going to launch a mini collection right here at Rock.The.Trend.

It is an eight piece collection with some accessories and shoes.  Most of the items are designed and sewed entirely by me.

This project has been extremely exciting on my part, and I can’t wait to finally be able to present my work to you guys.
